Prophetic Psychotherapist | Author | Curse-Breaker | Kingdom Healer Sabrina Delores Grindley, LCMHC is a licensed mental health psychotherapist, prophetic voice, and spiritual leader whose work bridges clinical excellence with prophetic healing. Born in Valdosta, Georgia and raised in Coney Island’s Carey Gardens, Sabrina’s journey from adversity to authority fuels her mission to break generational cycles and heal emotional strongholds. Founder of Grindley Mental Health Counseling, she specializes in trauma recovery, substance use disorders, anger management, and holistic mental wellness. With over a decade of experience, she empowers individuals to reclaim peace, clarity, and purpose—spiritually and emotionally. Sabrina holds a master’s degree in psychology from Long Island University, where she graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into the Psi Chi Honor Society. In fall 2025, she will begin pursuing her PhD in Human Sexuality. Sabrina is a devoted wife of 22 years, mother of four, grandmother, and co-owner of Quantum Elevators. Her life and ministry echo her motto: “Make your history, your Victory.”
